  1. Rinse the bhagar and soak it for 4 hours.
  2. Remove excess of water from bhagar and grind it into smooth paste.
  3. Add boiled potatoes and grind it again.
  4. Transfer it to bowl. Add salt and cumin seed powder and mix well.
  5. Batter is ready for dosa. Heat the non stick tava on medium low flame.
  6. Spread the batter evenly and gently on tava. Apply some ghee over it. Cook on both side.
  7. Serve hot with coconut chutney or upvas (vrat) pickle.
