  2. Mix all dry spices in a bowl. Sprinkle some Masala on fried corn flakes & peanuts.
  3. Deep fry poha.
  4. Add in corn flakes & peanuts. Sprinkle some Masala.
  5. Now remove excess oil from Kadhai. In 1 ladle full of oil add curry leaves, chopped cashews, raisins. Saute all.
  6. Add remaining Masala. Add murmure. Mix all. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Switch off gas.
  7. Now add fried murmure to the poha mix. Add Roasted Chana dal, boondi, sev bhujia. Mix all properly. Check Masala. If required add some more spices as per your taste.
  8. Once cooled store in air tight jar.
