- Blend mint and tamarind sauce and all of spices I mentioned
- Put 3 glasses cold water in a jar and add 2 packet of golgappas powder
- Mix well and add mint blend mixture for 1 to 2 minutes
- Enjoy yummy golgappas water.it helps to heal constipation too.but in a limit quantity used
- If you dont have golgappas water packets then just add double quantities of every thing I mentioned it will give same texture of real golgappas water
- If you want to change the flavor then skip adding double quantity of mint.just take few mint leaves but add 2 tablespoon cumin powder.it will give cumin flavor and it's so well
- Add boiled black beans,potatoes and onion chopped
