  21. Prepare 1 cup yoghurt
  22. Make ready 1 tsp salt
  23. Take 1 tsp sugar
  24. Take Water as required
  25. Make ready For khatta pani
  26. Prepare 1 cup mint leaves
  27. Make ready 1 tbs Red chilli powder
  28. Get 1 tbs amchoor powder
  29. Take 1/2 tsp Dhania powder
  30. Take 1/2 tsp zeera powder
  31. Prepare 1/2 tbs Black salt
  32. Take to taste Salt
  33. Get 1 tbs lemon juice
  34. Make ready 1/2 tbs citric acid/tatri

  36. Take 1 medium size Boil Potatoes cube cut
  37. Get 1 cup Chickpeas boil
  38. Take Nimco sev

Prepare Gol Gappay Puri: In a bowl,add semolina,all-purpose flour and mix well. Now with the help of cutter cut it… In a wok add oil heat oil and fry gol gappay in high heat…note(after put gol gappa in oil press slightly)
  2. Now we make meethi chuteny…. In a pan add imli pulp, sugar, salt, red chilli powder, black salt mix it and boil it… Now in a little water add corn flour and mix well until no lumps in it… Now add this pan and keep stirring until it thick…. Now meethi chuteny is ready…
  3. Now make green chuteny… In a grinder add mint lid, coriander leaves, green chilies and salt grind it properly…. Now our green chuteny is ready…
  4. Now make sweet and salty yoghurt…. In a grinder add yoghurt, sugar, salt and water as you required… And grind it…. Now our sweet and salty yoghurt is ready…
  5. Now make gol gappa's khatta pani… In a grinder add mint leaves, red chilli powder, black salt, dhania powder, zeera powder, amchoor powder, salt, lemon juice and citric acid/tatri… grind it until properly… Now in a bowl add water and add 2 to 3 tbs of this mixture or as required…. If you like more khatta then add more…. Now our khatta pani is ready….
  6. Now it's time to assemble……..now whole in gol gappa and add boil potatoes and boil chickpeas then add meethi chuteny, green chuteny, sweet and salty yoghurt and in last sprinkle some nimco sev(it's optional) now dip gol gappa in khatta pani and eat it…. Yummy….
