- Cook the stockfish 1st before adding d meat
- Fry d waterleaf with palm oil, add pepper, salt, seasoning, fish,crayfish. Then add d meat n stockfish,stir n allow to boil. Check d quantity of water bcos waterleaf also has it water, add meat stock or water as needed. Allow to cook. Then add d prewinkle, leave for 2mins to cook. Then add ur Afang leaf which is d main ingredient allow to cook for 2-5minutes, then bring ur pot down. serve wit any swallow of ur choice.
