Steps to make King Prawn Korma:
- Make a paste by blending the ginger, garlic, chilli, turmeric and dried coriander. Marinate the prawns in the paste for about and hour in the fridge.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the prawns and fry lightly until they have all turned pink. Remove the prawns from the pan and set aside. Return the prawns to the pan and add the flaked almonds and chopped coriander.
