Heat oil in a pan, add in onions, curry leaves and give s quick toss. Add in the prawns and cook on high heat till the water leached from the prawns dries up. Now add in coconut masala and toss well till it is well roasted. Heat oil in heavy large deep skillet over medium-high heat.

- Roughly chop onions. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add curry leaves and onions and saute till brown. Put ginger, garlic, dried chillies in a mixer jar.
