- Make ready 200 gm Mota Daliya
- Prepare 1 liter Milk
- Prepare 200 gm Jaggery desi
- Make ready 1 cup Dry fruits-almonds,cashew, raisins,walnuts all
- Prepare 3/4 strands Kesar -
- Make ready 3 tablespoon Ghee -
- Make ready 12/15 Eliachi -
Steps to make Poshtik Mitha Daliya:
- Add ghee in cooker.
- Add daliya in ghee and roast it.
- Let the daliya roast till the colour changes frm lite pink to little drown.
- Add milk to the roasted daliya.
- Close the cooker and let it whistle 3/4 times on slow flame.
- After the cooker is cooled, open it and add jaggery to it and mix it.Again close the cooker and let it whistle once on slow flame.
- Add Kesar strands in 2 tbl spoon warm milk and let it set for 15/20 minutes and dein add it to the daliya.Mix well.
- Remove the daliya frm cooker and place it in serving bowl. Add/Garnish grinded Eliachi on it.
- Here i hv taken Dryfruits which are optional.
- Chop the Dryfruits finely and Garnish the daliya vth it. Our healthy and nutritious jaggery daliya is ready.
