  5. Make ready 1 tsp Red chili flakes
  6. Make ready 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  8. Prepare 1 tbsp whole coriander seeds
  9. Get 1 tbsp lemon juice
  10. Get 2-3 tbsp Seekh Kabab Masala
  11. Get 1/2 bread slice (soaked in 1tbsp milk)
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp Rice flour

Instructions to make Seekh Kabab (2):
  1. Take mince and keep in strainer so all excess water drain. Meanwhile roast cumin and coriander seeds and crushed it, set aside.
  2. Grind mince with onions, fresh coriander, green chillies, soaked bread slice & ginger garlic paste. - Add rest of the ingredients & mix it well
  3. Rest for 1/2 hours minimum (chicken meat quickly and easily cooked) - Make kabab. - Grill it or pan fry it with lil oil.
  4. Serve hot with chutney,salad & Paratha - Tadda
