Instructions to make Bhindi Aloo:
  1. Cut bhindi in small pieces and potatoes in cubes.in a pot add oil and fry onions.
  2. Fry until transculant now in a pot add oil and pinch of Hing in it.
  3. Now add bhindi in it and fry for 3mins on high heat now add haldi in it it will help the vegetable to remain its colour fresh. fry until done.don't over cook.
  4. Now onions get golden brown add potatoes and fry now add all the ingredients in it and bhonify.
  5. Mix methii too in this stage and Cook now add paste of tomatoes on it.
  6. It leaves water cook on high flame for 5min then medium and cover it let water dries and oil separate from gravy now add cooked bhindi in it.
  7. Mix well add garam masala 1tsp.
  8. Now add lemon juice in it. Garnish with dhania and green chillies.ready to serve with chapati or paratha.
  9. I love to eat with zeera rice.enjoy.
