  12. Prepare 1 tsp amchur / dry mango powder
  13. Make ready 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  14. Get 2 tbsp roasted besan/ gram flour
  15. Take 2 tbsp maida/ all- purpose flour
  16. Prepare 2 Tablespoon Corn Flour
  17. Prepare 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
  18. Prepare to taste Salt
  19. Take as needed Oil for Frying
Steps to make Corn Kebab:
  1. Boil the corn kernels for 5 minutes or till they are cooked. Then grind them and add them to the bowl.
  2. Add mashed potatoes in the bowl.
  3. Add finely chopped onions, coriander, capsicum, mint, green chillies, ginger and boiled corn.
  4. Add red chili powder, garam masala, amchur powder, chilli flakes, and salt to the bowl.
  5. Then add besan, maida, corn flour and breadcrumbs to the mixture. This will help absorb the excess moisture and bind the cutlets.
  6. Mix all the ingredients together.
  7. Divide the mixture into parts and Shape each part into a cylinder using your hands.
  8. Heat oil in a pan and add the cutlets into the hot oil.
  9. Fry on medium heat till they turn crispy and golden brown in color.
  10. Corn kebab are ready. Serve them hot with tomato ketchup, coriander chutney or mint chutney and tea.
