Instructions to make Gobhi Munchorian with Zeera Rice:
- In a bowl, add flour, cornflour, salt, red chilli powder, haldi powder with egg and mix it with cold water. Add water gradually to make thick coating paste. Mix it well. Separate the flowers from Cauliflower, wash it properly and dry it.
- Dip gobhi flowers in the flour mixture and fry on medium high flame. When it's became golden brown and crispy, put it all on kitchen paper or tissue paper.
- To make gravy, add chopped garlic in oil stir it, when it's tirn in light golden then add green chillies slices, carrot, capsicum and onions. Fry it for a minute.
- Add soya sauce and vinegar. Fry it another minute then pour ketchup and chilli garlic sauce with 1 cup of water.
- Mix cornflour with water and pour in boiling gravy for desird consistency.
- Add fried gobhi flowers. Mixed it. And turn off heat after a boil.
- In a pot add oil and cumin seeds stir then add water, boiled it then add soaked rice. Cook it till done after dumm. Serve with Gobhi Munchorian. Too yummy, must try.
