- Soak daal for 45 minutes. In a pressure cooker heat oil and fry onion till golden brown.
- Strain water from daal and add in cooker fry it for 2 mins then add ginger garlic paste,all spices. Add 4 cups of water so that daal become dipped and pressure it for 8 mins.
- Release the pressure after 10mins then mixed it well. Check it that it is cooked very well and properly mixed. Then dish it out and garnish with green coriander and chillis.
