  2. Wash jaggery and melt it in 1 teacup of water and strain it
  3. Add dry mixture to the jaggery water and blend. Add oil
  4. Add milk till you get a thick batter
  5. Grease a cake tin with oil and then sprinkle some Maida all over
  6. Tap the cake tin
  7. Bake in a preheated oven @180 degrees for 30-35 mins
