Instructions to make Stuffed Potatoes:
  1. Peel, wash and cut your potatoes into small cubes. Cutting them into cubes will help them boil faster. Preheat your oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.
  2. Add water and salt to a cooking pot and boil your potatoes until a fork can poke through them. Switch off heat and drain off excess water if any.

  6. Grease your baking tray with oil and place them on the tray. Chill them for 15 minutes in the fridge then bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
  7. Serve with garlic mayo dip: put mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice in a small bowl and mix.
