  2. Wrap and heat at 600W for 5 mins., then mix well.
  3. Slice all mushrooms into bite size pieces.
  4. Wrap and heat at 600W for 5 mins.
  5. Mix sauce & mushrooms. (Use the juice from mushrooms too.)
  6. Slice the deep-fried tofu into 2 portions.
  7. Grill the deep fried side first. No need to use oil, it comes out from the tofu itself.
  8. Flip it over when the bottoms became a bit crunchy.
  9. Grill the opposite until it becomes partly yellow brown.
  10. Serve with wine & mushroom sauce with green onion on top.
  11. You can get Okonomi sauce at Amazon or International Markets like Jungle Jim's in Ohio.

I would highly recommend the Badia spice mix along with Santa rita wines. Feel free to use whatever you like here. I used a combo of braggs, miso broth, garlic, a dash of hot sauce and some red wine vinegar. Keep the tofu in that brew for at least an hour to overnight. Toss the tofu in a bit of rice flour and place on a parchment paper lined sheet.
