  3. Prepare 1 tsp crushed chilli flakes

  5. Take 2 cups prawns
  6. Get 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  7. Prepare Parmesan (optional)

  3. (I added more quinoa) once prawns are cooked remove from heat and stir in parsley. Serve with grated Parmesan.

Finally, garnish with remaining parsley and top with shrimp. Set the saucepan with the mushroom water over medium heat, add in the white quinoa. Allow to come to a boil. In a pot set over medium heat, add in the olive oil. Add in the minced garlic and shallots.
