- Once papad is soft enough, take small amount of potato mixture.
- Put it on the papad.
- Turn the papad into a pouch shape
- Heat the oil at medium flame.
- Drop few pouches at a time and fry them.
- Fry them till they become crisp and golden brown from both the sides.
- Now take them out on a paper towel and take out extra oil.
- Serve hot papad pouch with red or green chilli sauce.
Garnish with a little fresh cilantro. This is a delicious and easy salad which takes little time and is a great meatless main course. It uses beets, goat cheese, candied walnuts and baby greens. For a main dish salad, add chicken. Feel free to include more of your favorite vegetables too.
