  1. Put medium-large sized pot on stove on medium heat and put oil to a bit of a sizzle
  2. Add rice (a tiny bit more oil on top), sofrito, Adobo, garlic, Sazon, mojo, and olives. Mix well and cover for 6 mins. Stir on and off so rice doesnt stick to pot.
  3. Add gandules (put liquid from can in rice too) and water. Mix well. Boil cover for about 15-20 min or until soft.
  4. Enjoy.
