- Take out hung curd in a bowl and add sugar. Mix well. Pour on muslin cloth tied to a bowl
- Seive to get plain shrikhand. Keep aside
- Peel alphanso Mango
- Keep some Mango pieces for garnishing. Blend remaining pieces of mango and cashew with sugar in a blender to get cashew mango pulp
- Pour cashew mango pulp in a bowl.
- In a big bowl mix plain shrikhand and cashew mango pulp. Add kesar.
