Now keep the Idli stand/steamer or any utensils which is fit for the Idli mould on the gas and put some water.Now add Eno fruit salt and put 1 Tsp water top on the Eno fruit salt and mix it well. (Don’t mix too much). Put the batter in the Idli mould. Now keep the Mould in the Idli stand/steamer for steam.
  4. It will take 12-15 minutes. After 12 -15 minutes switch off the gas and let it cool down. After few minutes demould all the idli and enjoy with any chutney.
