  17. Get 1/2 cup Capsicum (cubes)
  18. Get 2 tbsp Butter

To get a nice coating on the cubed steak, I first coat it in flour, then dip it in an egg and milk mixture, and then coat it a mixture of flour and crushed saltine crackers with a little seasoned salt and cayenne pepper mixed in. I like to cook Chicken Fried Steak in my cast iron pan. In a large skillet heat oil over medium high heat and add onions, green chilis and salt. Cook until translucent but not browned.

  1. Marinate the chicken steaks with all ingredients of marinade and keep it overnight or minimum 4 hours.

  8. Serve with stir fry veggies(I fried in butter) and butter rice.
