I was inspired by this recipe for flank steak chili. Because of our allergies, I modified the recipe by not adding the onion, using anchovy free Worcestershire sauce, and I used my Instant pot to cook the chili instead of the stove top dutch oven. A Greek marinade with olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano and black pepper is excellent on flank steak.
