- In mincemeat add 3 Tsp of this masala, fresh coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, black chickpeas, 1 tsp yougart,mint leaves,2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1raw onion & 2 Tsp fried onion..processed in food processor for few minutes it all combines..
- Tip: for soft yummy koftas add 1 tsp yougart..
- Make small meat ball with we hands..keep it aside..
- In big pot add oil & fry onion take them out..
- In blender jug add fried onion, yogurt, remaining all masala & blend it completely till it becomes paste..
- In same pot in which you fry onion add ginger garlic paste &add all whole spices fry in oil then add blended masala in it add few drops of water & bhoonify it till you got beautiful colour & amazing aroma..add salt..
- Now add meatballs one by one by tilting pot don't mix it with spoon.. slowly add meatballs and slowly shake the pot..
- First cook on medium flame for 5 min then slowly add 1 cup water from the sides of pot & again carefully tilt & shake pot now cover it & put it on dum for 20 minutes or
- Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves enjoy with garama garamNan & rice

Shape into balls. shallow fry till golden brown. put aside. for Curry: fry onions in a little oil, add ginger and garlic and fry together till golden brown. Add remaining Curry ingredients with enough water to make a gravy.
