- Make ready 1 tsp dhaniya jeera powder
- Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Take 1/2 tsp asafoetida
- Take 2 tbsp besan
- Prepare As per taste Salt
How to Make Radish Sabji With Green Gram. Then add grated radish and turmeric. Fry for a minute and add the soaked moong dal. Do not add any extra water.
Steps to make Radish Sabji:
- Heat oil in a kadhai add saunf, cumins, mustards,when starts cracking add asafoetida, turmeric, dhaniya jeera powder, red chilli powder and immediately add washed & chopped radishes with chopped leaves and salt mix well.
- Now sprinkle besan on top all over with spoon properly and cover with lid, pour some water in lid and cook for 5-10 minutes on very slow flame. Remove the lid and mix well and stir continuously till oil releases. Turn off gas
- Serve healthy Radish Sabji in a bowl.
