As per the sabzi name, main ingredients are cauliflower and green bell pepper. So basically gobi=cauliflower and shimla mirch=bell pepper or capsicum. Heat a pan with oil and splutter cumin seeds and add finely chopped onion and fry till transparent. Add the coriander leaves while frying.
