Add chopped onion and crushed garlic, sauté until onion becomes light pink. Add capsicum and sprinkle salt over it. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder, mix and cook for a minute. Mix chickpea flour, red chilli, cumin, coriander, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.

  1. Take a pan and pour oil. After the oil gets hot pour capsicum and onion in it. Fry it till it becomes brown.
  2. Now take another pan and add oil. Add Cumin seeds and then add 1 medium size chopped onion in it. Add besan and fry it till the bubbles rise. Now add chopped tomatoes and mix it well.
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste, jeera powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, curd and saute it for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add half cup water and mix it well. Cover it for 7 - 8 minutes. Add salt and Garam masala and mix it well. Cover the lid a for 3 - 4 minutes.
  5. Garish it with few fresh coriander and serve it with Roti, Nan….
