- Heat oil in a pan.now add mustard, when mustard crackles add hing.and add chopped veggies,mix it.
- After 10 minutes veggie will be half done now add tomato, red chilli powder, salt,and garam masala powder and mix well.
- After 10 minutes sabji will done.
As per the sabzi name, main ingredients are cauliflower and green bell pepper. So basically gobi=cauliflower and shimla mirch=bell pepper or capsicum. Heat a pan with oil and splutter cumin seeds and add finely chopped onion and fry till transparent. Add the coriander leaves while frying.
