Subzi can be dry, semi-dry or with some sort of gravy, especially some like curries are enjoyed with rice. They are generally made using vegetables and dals/pulses/beans or a combination of both, perked up with spices and tempered with aromatic ingredients. Instructions to make Sabji:
  1. Cut potatoes and capsicum in cubes. Heat oil and add potatoes. Cover and cook the potato pieces for 5 minutes.
  2. Now check whether they have become soft or not. And then remove them from oil. Add cumin, mustard, fenugreek seeds in oil and saute for a while.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a while. Add potatoes and capsicum pieces.
  4. Add all the powdered masalas and mix well. Add Maggi masala and some water. Cook on law flame for 5 minutes and the sabji is ready. Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve hot.
