- Boil beet root and drain it
- First of all add garlic in oil till golden brown

- One by one add vegetables (jo pakny me time lain jaysy potatoes turai shaljum chukandar arvi etc)cook till vegetables soft
- In the end add methi leaves green chillies & brinjal and cook for a while ready to serve
- Serve with chapati or rice
