Instructions to make Thepla:
  1. Take a bowl and add wheat flour to it. Now add washed and finely chopped coriander leaves and fenugreek leaves.
  2. Now add ginger garlic Chilli paste, salt, turmeric, carom seeds, Red chilli powder, coriander powder.
  3. Then add 2-3 spoon oil and mix well.Now by adding water knead a medium dough.
  4. Now keep dough 10 minutes for rest.
  5. Then make equall sized balls from dough.
  6. Now roll thepla and Now heat tawa on flame and put little oil.
  7. Now fry thepla on it.cook it by flipping both the sides till golden spots appear on it.
  8. Now serve these theplas with curd and mango murabba..you can also serve it with potato sukhi bhaji or mango pickle or Chilli pickle..it goes great with any of pickles
