  3. Now Add khoya into other pan & add 5 Tbsp water in it & melt it And mix it very well.
  4. Add 200 gram Sugar in the khoya and mix it very well in the slow flame. And cook it for 8 minutes. Now Burfi is ready to meet with carrot murabba.😉
  5. Take a Sancha Or baking tray, apply butter paper and Spray oil in it.
  6. Add carrot pieces in Baking Tray, add Burfi on it.
  7. Freeze it for 6 hours or overnight, after freezing, we cut into cubes, Finger cuts,or any shape. Enjoy the Carrot Murabba Burfi 😋😁🤤

I make it lots of different way and each time it turn out to be good. This barfi also comes with the grainy goodness of semolina or sooji, that helps add more bulk to the barfi and make it more wholesome. Make sure you dry roast sooji on low-flame. Mix and cook ghee, carrots, warm milk, sugar until well-cooked. Take out the mix on a tray, let it cool.
