Instructions to make Tosadas:
- In a pot, start to breakup and fry ground beef on med heat. add salt & pepper to taste.
- In a frying pan, heat up veg oil on med heat. Once ready use tongs to fry whole corn tortillas to a crunchy crips, turn so both sides cook. (U want it to snap when breaking in halve)
- Ocasionally sir ground beef as you fry the tortillas.
- once tortillas are done set aside. Opened up rosarita beans and put your ground beef. (Do not drain fat off of ground beef).
- Put a lid on mixture and turn on low. Stirring every few minutes till beans are warm.
- While that sits on low. Dice ur tomatos, chop the lettuce, shred the cheese and pit and cut up avacado.
- Layer on tosada starting with beans and then so on…..U can put on any topping to ur preference … like hot sauce, olives, onions, jalapeños. Enjoy :)
