Making teekha pani or spicy water: Take washed mint leaves and coriander leaves in the blender jar. Add pani puri masala powder. also add black pepper powder, black salt, regular salt as per your taste, ginger and green chilies. The golgappa pani or spicy water is made of mint leaves in some places and in some places its jaljeera pani or hing pani or amchur (dried mango) pani. The meetha pani is the usual sweet tamarind chutney.

  1. Keep Golgappe aside.In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix them nicely.take golgappa and break it from upper side.fill it with potato filling.make all golgappa like this.aloo papdi is ready to serve.
