Add back the chicken and Knorr Chicken Cube to boil and simmer. In a soup pot, add blanched chicken, celery, carrot, garlic, bay leaf and water. For best results, keep warm in thermal pot for a few hours. Sieve the chicken stock to get particle-free soup.

Instructions to make Chicken Macaroni Soup:
  1. Chicken: wash the raw chicken with salt and raise off with water, boil the chicken (5min) to get rid of the smell, take it out and put a side (at the same time boil the 2.5L water at the different pot)
  2. Once 2.5L is boiled, put in the whole chicken in to the pot, this will be your chicken soup stock and also cook the chicken at the same time (25min)
  3. At the different pot boil the macaroni (10min-15min) raise it off with cool water(to softened it),put a side
  4. Once the chicken are full cooked, take the chicken out from the pot and de-bone the meat, add in your extra ingredients to the soup (fish cake/ crabs stick etc to boil together)
  5. Once chicken is de-boned, strips/ peel the chicken until smaller pieces and the bones put it back to the soup for boiling (10min)
  6. Ready to serve: but the marconi in the bowl, pour the chicken soup and extra ingredients to the bowl, place the chicken meat on top on the ingredients. You may serve with red cut chilli or even coriander leaf

Creamy Macaroni Chicken Soup Cooking Instructions: Place chicken in a saucepan, add water, and bring to a boil. Take chicken out of the water and set aside. Finely dice the chicken, discarding any skin. Heat the oil and quickly saute the chicken and vegetables until they are lightly colored. Stir in the stock and herbs.
