Add the cold rice, and fry, sprinkle some soy sauce over the mixture and break up clumps in the rice. (Rice must be cold or the dish will come out gummy.) Mix in the sausage and sprinkle some more soy sauce over all. Stir in bean sprouts and eggs, mixing well so there are no big chunks. Cook the sausage with garlic powder in a large skillet until browned. Remove and drain on paper towels.

- Wash your rice and drain, pour oil in a pan add rice and fry until golden brown then drain
- Dice your all your veggies and sausage, grate your Scotch bonnet, ginger and garlic
- In a pan pour oil, add onion and fry for 1mnts add grated Scotch bonnet and fry for 2mnts then add seasoning and spices keep frying add boil water follow by rice and cinnamon stick, 3 Scotch bonnet stir and cover the pan
- When your rice is nearly cook add Carrots, green beans, peas, sweet corn, green pepper, red pepper, onion, bay leaf, sausage and shredded chicken stir until well combine then cover and allow the rice to cook well
Add oil and heat until hot but not smoking. Stir in eggs and cook until set; season. Heat the oil in a very large skillet or electric skillet over medium-high heat. Stir fry the cabbage and carrots just until the cabbage has wilted. Add the cold rice, and fry, stirring so that there are no clumps.
