- Get 1/2 cup Ghee

I am sharing my absolute favorite way to make the best Punjabi Kadhi Pakora at home. As far as I can remember, I have always been a kadhi fan. Punjabi Kadhi is a soupy curry with lots of pakoras in it, and is finished off with a karhi patta tadka. To get the best taste, pakora should simmer in kadhi for some time, So it soaks up some gravy and flavors, will become soft.
Instructions to make Curry Pakora:
- For Curry: - Saarai ingredients add kar ke paknai ke liye rkhdain 2 hours ke liye. - Phr Yogurt add krain aur Pakorai add kar ke Bhagar lgalain.
- For Pakora: - Saarai ingredients mix kar ke batter bnalain.
- Batter ko 20 minutes fridge mein rkhdain.
- Ab karhayi garam kar ke oil daalain. - Aur oil garam honai ke baad pakorai fry krlain.
- For Bhagar: - Ghee garam kar ke Red chilli buttons, Cumin Seeds aur Curry leaves add kar ke Curry mein Bhagar lgalain.
