  9. Then add yougart bhunify again.
  10. Then add yakhni according to rice
  11. Soaked rice for 20 mintes
  12. Add salt in yakhni and boil it then add rice
  13. Let it cook and add nut meg and mace powder
  14. Keep it on simmer 10 to 12 mintes
  15. Dish out and serve with riata and salad.if with shami kbab is best combo 😊

Strain the yakhni only leaving the mutton in it. Method Cut meat into bite size pieces. Toss with ginger paste, garlic paste, chili powder, dhana-jeera powder and black pepper. Take mutton in a bowl and add all the marination ingredients. Use a stockpot to make the stock.
