  3. 3/4 cup Atta 1 cup water main mix krlain.jab beef half done hojye tu attay ka mixture add krdain.flame medium rakh kar spoon stir krain jab tak ky atty ka mixture ykjan hojye aur koi guthli na bnay.2-3 glass water add krdain.pot ko cover krdain.I use towel to cover from top.low to medium flame py 1 hr pkny dain
  4. Jab beef full soft hojye tu cover open krlain.salt, jaifal jawitri,garam masala powder aur 1 tbsp saunf powder add krdain low flame py.
  5. 1 cup oil main 3 piyaz slice kar ky golden brown bhagar tayar krlain.jab dishout krain tu ye bhagar uper sy add krain nihari py.
