Add stock, wine, herbs, bay leaves, and cover. Cook slowly on the hob on a low heat until tender. Just before serving thicken with flour or corn flour. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice and oregano together in an old jam jar (or similar). Lay the pork chops on a plate and cover both sides with the marinade.
