  23. Take Tamarind (imli) Water 1 glass (Soaked Tamarind in hot water overnight. Then discard seed and strain it)

  27. Make ready Maida Half cup
  28. Make ready 1 tsp Salt
  29. Make ready Water (As required to make dough)

  2. Sweet yogurt: Take a bowl add yogurt, sugar powder and mix it well. Sweet yogurt is ready.
  3. Gol Gappay Water : - Take a bowl add all species in bowl, add Imli water and a jug of cold water. Mix it - - Gol Gappay water is ready.
  4. Gol Gappay : Take a bowl add suji, maida and salt and knead a hard dough. Cover it with wet cloth for 30 mins. Now make a ball and roll it and make chapatti. Now cut out small round with the help of cutter. Now make fry in warm oil. Fry it from both side. Gol Gappy is ready.
