  5. Lay a piece of parchment paper over your toaster oven's baking sheet, and lay the chicken pieces on it sesame seed side up. Bake for around 10 minutes at 250°C, covering with aluminum foil after 5 minutes.
  6. Once the timer dings, don't remove the chicken from the toaster oven, but let it rest in the warm oven with the heat turned off for a few minutes. It's done! Golden-brown and juicy!
  7. It's tender and tasty even when cold, so pack it in your bento lunch!

Combine all of the ingredients (from soy sauce to salt & pepper) for the sauce together in a measuring cup or large bowl. In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring the sauce to a simmer. In a shallow bowl, combine the butter and soy sauce. In another shallow bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, ginger and salt. Dip chicken strips in butter mixture, then roll in crumbs until coated on all sides.
