- Now take all spices and masale and one bowl
- In a bowl,add lemon juice and add 2 tsp water and mix well
- Now if milk boils just off the gas and spoon ki help se sari malai to hata ke mox kar lijiye..and add all the spices. And after 1 min add 1 spoon of lemon and water.mixture and mix well…look if paneer and qater separates or not…if not then add 1 tsp lemon and water mixture more…and paneer gets separated…
- Now strain paneer in a muslin cloth and wash 3 to 4 times so that all.the sour flavor of lemon gets washed away…
- Squeeze all water by pressing
- Now strain water completely put on the reverse side of plate..and add some weighted thing like chakla on the top just as you do normally…and let it rest for 2 hours…
- After 2 hours you can see all the extra water drains out and paneer gets sets…
- Do refrigerate or.for 1 hour and enjoy as it is with sauce or chutney…or you can make any paneer dish
