  2. Take 100 gms peanuts

  1. Clean corn poha
  2. Heat oil and fry peanuts
  3. Take a one bowl mix all ingredients like chilli, turmeric, salt, tatri, sugar powder
  4. Heat oil in a pan on full flame and add corn poha in to and fried as well
  5. Sprinkle masala on fried corn poha
  6. Add curry leaves and peanuts in corn poha mix well now ready your corn chevda

It is made with Corn Flakes, Peanuts, Curry Leaves, Cashew Nuts, Curry Leaves, Green Chillies, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder and Salt. You can even add a little Lemon Juice, if you like that tangy flavor in your Chivda. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Wait until they sizzle, then toss in the raisins (or other dried fruit pieces) and nuts. A classic dry snack made by deep frying corn poha and adding peanuts, sugar, salt & red chilly powder for flavor.
