Recipe: in a pan add the milk and bring it to a boil. once boiled add the citric acid and water mix in the milk, turn off the flame and cover it for a few min till the milk separat. once the milk separats then cook on high flame till the water drys. Habhi halwa is named for its dark, bold color. This dense sweet is made with sprouted wheat, milk, sugar, butter ghee, and the finest of nuts that are mixed together with cardomoms to produce an exotic flavor. This sticky, chewy, and nutty confection is recognized as royal and classic.

Instructions to make Habshi Halwa:
  1. Milk Ko eik degchi mien boil kar ke rakh dyn. Eik cup Pani mien tatri ghoul kar milk mien mila dyn.
  2. Jab milk phatt Jaye to iss mien sugar, brown food colour mix kar Lyn.
  3. Grapes vinegar (angoori sirka) mien all-purpose flour (maidah) mix kar ky milk mien mila dyn. Hari ilachi Bhi daal dyn.
  4. Ab stove on kar Lyn or musalsal chamach chalati rahyn.
  5. Jab pani dry ho jaye to ghee daal kar Bhoo lien. Itna bhooney ke halwa ghee chorny laggy or khushboo aany lgy.
  6. Halwa ready hai. Habshi halway Ko oil laggy hue round cake tin mien daal kar set hony ke liye rehne dyn.
  7. Oper se badam or piste Ko crush kar ky daal dein or halka sa press kar dyn.
