- Mix the hung curd, sugar, salt chaat masala and keep aside.
- In a plate place the puris with a hole in the top centre for filling it..
- Add mashed potatoes,mater and curd mixture into the hole.. pour mint chutney, inline chutney into it and sprinkle some chaat masala…
- Garnish with coriander leaves serve to ready
