  4. Sweet water- soak tamarind and jaggery for 2 hours.after that take in blender jar and grind a smooth paste and strainer it with a smooth paste. Add water accordingly. It should not be thick or thin. Add water and boil it and cool down in room temperature
  5. Ginger water- in water add grated ginger and jaljeera and black salt and boil and keep aside.
  6. Orange water will be very tasty to have in pani puri foam. Try it. Take orange juice add black salt and jal jeera.
  7. So take everything in your serving bowl and decorate it with sev and boondi.
