- Grate potato & onion & finely chop parsley. Heat oil in a deep skillet of deep fat fryer. Mix well with mince.
- Heat oil. Roll mixture into medium sized balls (about an inch in diameter) & deep fry in batches for approximately 6 minutes, until dark brown.
- Serve with Greek yoghurt, lemon juice & Greek bread if possible. Enjoy!

They work just as well served with an easy Greek yogurt dip (made with garlic, lemon, olive oil and Greek yogurt) as an appetizer or quick snack. The beef is seasoned with a combination of parsley, oregano, coriander, cumin and a touch of cinnamon.
