  6. Put it in water,all masala,pudina bundi and Tamarind water Mix it well
  7. Take chopped boiled potato,chole,onion And chat masala,mix it well
  8. Make puris of the dough
  9. Fry all puris on high fLame
  10. After frying all puri give rest for 10min.
  11. Take a pan boiled in it water
  12. Put in it tamarind and jaggery Pinch of red colour
  13. Rest it for 15minutes on high flame
  14. Golgappe is ready
