  3. 1 pateeli mai pani len. Zeera 1 tbsp aur 1 kg chawal mai 6 tbsp namak daal kr chawal boil krlen. Aur side pr rkh den

Usi pateeli mai ghee dalen aur adrak lahesan k paste daal kr fry kren phr zeera 1 tbsp, garam masala, lal mirch 2 tbsp, tikka masala 2 tbsp, hari mirch crush ki hoi 1 tbsp aur namak to taste add kren aur bhoon len, phr is mai merinate kia howa baki masala jo bach gaya tha wo add kr len aur achi tarah bhoon len.
  5. Phr us masaley pr chawal ki teh lgayen aur tikka k pieces rkh den sath he timatar gol katey howe hara dhaniya lemo phialyen phr us pr baki k chawlon ki teh lgayen aur tikka masala jo cooked tha wo baki oper chawal pr daal kr 10 mint k liye dam pr rkh den.
